  1. The Namer

  3. The Namer is an application program that you can use to name or rename a networked LaserWriter® or ImageWriter® printer. Only a network administrator or network support person should use this application. Users should not be able to use the Namer to randomly rename printers.

  5. The Namer requires 80K of application space and can run on any Macintosh® computer. To start the Namer, simply double-click the Namer icon.
